TOZHSAMIST’ initiative is aimed at reflecting the core values and spreading the voices of proud, diverse, and active Ukrainians, who are in the service of a positive culture.

human rights
The concept of human rights has existed for a long time, but in 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) established “universal human rights.”
After the atrocities of WWII, the UDHR's authors recognized the need to formally declare that all humans deserved basic rights like the right to life, the right to freedom from torture, and the right to freedom from discrimination.
However, those documents haven’t put an end to human rights and international law violations.
diversity
We all share the responsibility to create a positive culture and safeguard equity, inclusion, dignity, and respect for all.
truth
We celebrate truth. We are against any kind of disinformation or propaganda which have a harmful effect and sows distrust among people.
We think the principles of fairness and the separation of facts and opinions are necessary for everyone today.
innovation
Diversity, equality, and inclusivity are also important for driving innovation. When we bring together individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, we can generate new ideas, approaches, and solutions to complex problems.
